Sponsorship

 

The New Mexico Tech AISES chapter graciously requests your company to be a sponsor of the 2008 AISES Region 3 Conference. With your donation, you would give our chapter the opportunity to provide more exciting, informational, and educational activities for our attendees. In return, we would promote your company during the conference as well as provide other benefits.

 

Your company may choose to sponsor our conference in the two following areas:

 

  • Specific Sponsorship: Your company may choose to sponsor a specific cost of the conference highlighted in our budget. By paying for a specific activity, we would acknowledge your company with advertisement during the activity you choose to sponsor. In addition to advertisement during the conference and on our website, we would allow your company to recruit at our career fair at no charge and provide your representatives with tickets to our opening or closing banquet.
  • General Sponsorship: You company may chose to donate amount listed on our sponsorship levels below, which includes the benefits listed below the sponsorship levels.

 

        Turquoise Sponsorship ($1000.00)

    • Career Fair Booth
      • Includes two tickets to Friday Lunch
    • Four tickets to Friday’s Entertainment
    • Four tickets to Closing Banquet
    • Acknowledgement with logo advertisement on NMT AISES conference material and website (with link)

Coral Sponsorship ($800.00)

    • Career Fair Booth
      • Includes two tickets to Friday Lunch
    • Three tickets to Friday’s Entertainment
    • Three tickets to Closing Banquet
    • Acknowledgement with logo advertisement on NMT AISES conference material and website (with link)

Lapis Sponsorship ($600.00)

    • Career Fair Booth
      • Includes two tickets to Friday Lunch
    • Two tickets to Friday’s Entertainment
    • Two Tickets to Closing Banquet
    • Acknowledgement with logo advertisement on NMT AISES conference material and website (with link)

        Obsidian Sponsorship ($400.00 and below)

    • Career Fair Booth
      • Includes two tickets to Friday Lunch
    • Two Tickets to Closing Banquet

    • Acknowledgement with logo advertisement on NMT AISES conference material and website (with link)
