Registration

Update: The registration deadline has been extended to Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at the locked rate of $50 for everyone. This should allow chapters and organization one more week to participate in the conference. We strongly recommend that you at least email your completed registration forms and we will work with you to process your payment your payment. Also, if chapters need to bring their check to the conference site, we will still allow you to pay the same rate. If you need more infomation, please send us an email at aises.nmt@gmail.com

When registering for the conference, please inform us if you will need transportation from the hotel to conference site. If there is a lot of people who aren't bringing their own transportation, the we might arrange for a shuttle service. Currently there is none provided by the hotel or New Mexico Tech. So, it is important that you inform us right away if you will have transportation. Please see the Host Hotel page for other information.

Registering online:

1. Download the Registration form above.
2. Fillin the blank spaces directly on the Registration form using MS Word or a compatible program.
3. Save the file under a different name so that your school and number of attendees are indicated. See example below
   • Leave Reg in the file name, add a shortened or abbreviated name of your school, and a number that indicates number of registration forms
   • Example: Reg_NMTech_1of1
4. Once all files are saved, attach the completed Registration forms to an email to aises.nmt@gmail.com,with Registration Forms written in the subject line.
5. Lastly, mail payment to address indicated on the Registration form.

During the conference, the Registration site will be in the lower lobby of our central meeting point Macey Center. (To view Macey on the map, click on number 29.) Please take a look at our tentative agenda to find times when Registration is open.
