Best Western Hotel
Update: Please reserve your room no later than March 14, 2008 to ensure you will have a place to stay. With the NM Science and Engineering Fair going on the same weekend, hotel rooms will begin to fill. We do have 25 double rooms reserved until this Friday, but you need to reserve them quick. Also, there are price changes! Please take at look at the new rates at our host hotel below. Best Western has many wonderful services for their guests, including discounts on greens fees at the New Mexico Tech 18-hole Golf Course. More updates: When reserving your room, please consider how you will get from the host hotel to the conference site, Macey Center on NMT Campus, see link at the bottom of the page. At the moment, we are not offering shuttle services from the hotel to Macey Center, and neither is Best Western. If you will need transportation, please send us an email at aises.nmt@gmail.com with Transportation written in the subject line. If a lot of people need transportation, then we will try to provide at a shuttle service to get to and from the conference site and hotel. However, you will need to stay at the host hotel to receive this service.

When registering for a hotel room, please inform the front desk or hotel representative that you are with the NMT AISES Region 3 Conference. This will ensure that you receive the group rate above. In addition, please have a credit card available to reserve your room. If you do not use a credit card, you will need to leave a $100 cash deposit at the front desk.
Directions
While everywhere in Socorro is accessible by foot, you may choose to take the 1.1 mile drive from Best Western to Macey Center on the New Mexico Tech campus.
